Reservation System Upgrade
We will be undertaking upgrades on our system and as a result ticket booking will be down from 7pm to midnight on Tuesday 19th March 2019. During this period you will be unable to make an advance reservation, either online, through our Customer Contact Centre or in our ports. Please either book your advance tickets prior to this upgrade period or following it. Tickets for immediate travel during this period will be available at our ports.
Our Contact Centre's Opening Hours are:
Winter: Mon - Fri 0700-1900 and Sat & Sun 0800-1700
Summer from 25 March: Mon - Fri 0700-2100 and Sat & Sun 0800-2000
